Calvary Baptist Church of Pontiac exists to glorify God through the preaching and teaching of the whole Word of God in all its purity, the administration of the New Testament ordinances, the spiritual growth of believers, the leading of lost sinners to Christ, ministering to the spiritual needs of this community, and the spread of the gospel in all the earth.

At Calvary Baptist Church we strive to minister to the whole family through God-honoring relationships with one another centered around the Word of God. Our variety of ministries will enable each member to grow in their walk with Christ, have fellowship with each other, and to serve the Lord through the local church.

A large part of growing in Christ is serving. We encourage everyone to discover and utilize their spiritual gifts in the church. There are a lot of ways that our members have opportunity to serve our Lord here.
